Questions On Our Development - Case 1

Can I talk about Africa development in a diverse but my way? I sit down quietly and imagine why we Africans like to travel overseas to enjoy life and get away from our unhygienic altitude in our native countries. Sometimes, I wonder why we can't manage a mere sanitation issue and allow refuse to sleep and sit with us for weeks to months. If we don't know financial and resource management not collecting bins and dumping its content somewhere should be a problem for us? This situation doubles with bad drainge in our cities for mosquitoes breeding and wide spread epidemic.

When our cities and countrie are telecasted on international media we get so embarrased just because they have showed unhygienic places in our communities. We sometimes say why not the good places too. But the question I ask myself, aren't they exist those problems on our door steps? These problem have been with us ever since our population started to crow out of hands. We lack basic planning and I wonder what those planners in our departments do every day where they say good bye to wives to their offices or they do but we don't have plans to implement the actions or it's just laziness?

Grading a road is something we must be able to do on our fingure tips but we allow our roads to deteriorate to the extent that we ask ourselves why, not even to make new ones to comfort lives. Roads to bring food stuff and health care deliveries are badly damage to effect of my understanding. Would it cost much to grade our feeder roads in the districts? Do we mean we can't afford to buy graders as a nation or they are too expensive to fuel? How many vehicles do we buy for political appointees who waste the few taxes that we generate for our development?

Government must see the essence of education subsides and embrace her committed graduate to take control key positions in the resouces sector. We must not sit down unconcern for the little we have ripped our blood for to wash away. The country is ours and we must have control over it. Again, there are so many waste in the public sector, unqualified workers must allow up and coming graduate to take the country where it deserved. People are working with lack of ideas and directions. You are wasting the pace on development please make way for know how people to control.

I am not saying unqualified people should not work but they must do at places that are good for themselve, places that they can deliver well.

It's time for engineers and scientist to oversee the affairs and get rid of the lawyers and dictators to pave way for real development. We can manufacture locally and use but focusing and mentoring are the problem. Let make our country inspiring to live in. An inspiring leadership is the answer.

Tasty in Abundance of Water

How can we live in country where development has been stagnated for almost two years whiles there is abundance of natural and human resources? This fact tells you there is something wrong with the people in government. Mediocrity and inexperience appointees to key institutions are ridiculing our development. Ghana is a country where human resource endured and almost everywhere competing in the international market. A country of capable young and up and coming engineers who are well qualified to take up challenging jobs are being ignored in detriment of her development.

There are ways to success lets look for them now.
